Our Services

QueenB Coaching provides coaching services such as 1:1 sessions, group coaching, workshops, and related resources (“Services”). Details, pricing, and what’s included are described on our website and/or booking pages.

Coaching Disclaimer
 

Coaching is a professional support service focused on goals, growth, and performance. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or crisis support, and it is not a substitute for professional advice from licensed providers.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

Eligibility

​

You must be 18+ to book Services unless a parent/guardian provides consent and participates as required by applicable law. By booking, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Booking and Payments

​

We do not collect any payments via this website. Payments are collected after a written agreement of engagement is made. Please do not provide sensitive payment information on this website or anyone claiming to be Tejal Madhwani or QueenB Coaching (part of CS-Firefly Ltd.).

Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

​

Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.
Late cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged full fee.
No-shows: Missed sessions without notice are typically charged in full.
Late arrivals: Sessions end at the scheduled time (to respect other clients), even if you arrive late.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Completed sessions are non-refundable.

• Packages may be refundable only for unused sessions, less any administrative fees. Please follow the exact terms of the agreement you have signed for your engagement.;

• Digital products/downloads (if any) are typically non-refundable once delivered/accessed.

Confidentiality

​

We treat coaching conversations as confidential and do not share your personal information or session content without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious and immediate safety concern.

Communications

 

If you submit a form or book a service, you agree we may contact you by email/phone/text (if provided) to respond to your inquiry, manage scheduling, and provide service-related messages. Marketing emails (if any) will be opt-in and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Intellectual Property

​

All materials provided by QueenB Coaching or CS-Firefly Ltd. (including frameworks, templates, worksheets, slides, recordings, and website content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use materials for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.
